How to act normal around crushes?
There’s some new coworkers that started working with me, and they’re very attractive. I’ve always been a shy girl, but with my anxiety being so bad, I forget how to act and speak to them. I try to remind myself that they’re normal people, but my mind says stupid things and I get so embarrassed and upset with myself. One guy in particular I can’t make eye contact with and I don’t say hi to simply cos I’m scared. Is it rude to not say hi?? Ugh it’s just so hard 🙁
