To understand your problem and help you solve it better,may I ask what version of Windows are you using? You can press Windows+R on the keyboard to open the Run > Type winver in the box > OK to check the version of Windows, you can provide photos or screenshots of the page. (Please take care to protect your privacy.)

And id you connect the software related device via USB?

As for your problem, you can try the following solutions first to see if they can solve your problem:

Update the Windows to the latest.
Update the **** Driver if you connect the software related device via USB.

Update Universal Serial Bus Controllers driver in Windows to the latest (Right click on Start > Device Manager > Right-click on the driver to update)

Or go to the manufacturer’s official website to update and re-download the driver.

Try the repair command to repair system files.

Type CMD in the search box,select the “Command Prompt” and “Run as administrator”.Type the following commands in sequence and press Enterï¼

DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Scanhealth

DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Restorehealth

DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /startcomponentcleanup

sfc /scannow

Then restart the computer.
