So a few weeks ago? (My concept of time is kind of messed up) someone posted about using Thermacare menstrual cramp heatwraps for working through flare ups. I’ve been having an awful flare up since last Sunday. I made it through ok Tuesday-Thursday and yesterday was too sick to get out of bed. Today I got up early to go to Target knowing I was ok enough to work but could use all the extra help I could get. They didn’t have any of the menstrual specific ones so I improvised and got the Target brand large back/hip one since it came with little air activated heat packs that you slipped into Velcro type wrap and put it on my front instead of my back. This was such a life saver today, I can not even tell you. If it weren’t for this I probably would have ended up needing to leave early. Such a good tool in the toolkit and million thank you’s and I don’t know why I never thought of it before 💜
