“Kindles eReaders are designed to work with the Kindle book format and is currently available to U.S. libraries only.

The eBook titles available in NLB’s OverDrive collection are subscribed from the OverDrive vendor and the supported eBook formats available in Singapore are EPUB and PDF. Most of our eBooks that you can download offer only protected EPUB and PDF formats and cannot be accessed on Kindle eReaders.

However, you may be able to read non-protected PDF (open PDF) eBooks with a Kindler eReader if it can access PDF format eBooks. If an OverDrive title is available in open PDF format, you can download and transfer it from your computer to your Kindle via usb cable.

You can use the [Advanced Search] feature at NLB’s OverDrive website <https://nlb.overdrive.com> to filter your title search by open PDF format.” See less Kindle doesn’t allow you to download apps so you can’t have Libby app on Kindle.
