Straight Talk Phone Won’t Activate
Hello everyone,
I just got a straight talk phone from Walmart for my son. My wife ordered it for online pickup and I picked it up from the store. I’ve been trying to activate it and when I enter the IMEI on the web page it says “device is not eligible for the requested action”. So I tried the compatibility checker and it says “phone is in invalid status”. So I’m not sure what to do here honestly. Help would be appreciated, it is a straight talk branded phone so it should be compatible with their service.
