Hello Karen Lewellen,
Thank you for posting in Microsoft Community. Iâm happy assisting you with this request.
You may not have installed the Google Meet add-in for Outlook, which allows you to add Meet video meetings to Outlook events or emails. You will need to sign in with your Google account to use the add-in.
You may have installed the add-in, but not enabled it in your Outlook settings. To enable the add-in, go to Settings > View all Outlook settings > Customize actions and check the box next to Google Meet. Then, you should see the Google Meet option in the Add Meeting menu when you create a new event or email.
You may have enabled the add-in, but not added the meeting link to your event or email. To add the meeting link, click on the Google Meet option in the âAdd Meetingâ menu and select âAdd a meetingâ. The meeting link will be automatically inserted in the notes section of your event or email.
I hope you doing great and i will be happy for further feedback.
Best regards,
