How to Accept Your Past Mistakes and Move On
It can be challenging to accept your mistakes, especially if you feel like you’ve made the same ones repeatedly. You might beat yourself up or feel like you’re not good enough. This is normal. Everyone makes mistakes and feels the same way at times. I wouldn’t have the ability to run a company, do a podcast, or have a healthy family if I hadn’t made many mistakes in my past. My past mistakes made me aware of areas I could improve upon, and, in return, that learning allowed me to build a life I am proud of.
Have you ever considered if it’s easier to forgive others than yourself? When you care for someone, you can see past their mistakes because you are focused on their potential. Why do we struggle to do the same for ourselves?

The goal is to learn from your mistakes and move on. Here are some of my recommendations on how to accept your past mistakes and move on.

Let me say that again. You are not the only person who makes mistakes. When you acknowledge your mistake, you are taking ownership of it. This is an essential step in moving on. It shows that you are willing to face up to your mistakes and begin to learn from them.
